Refund Policy for spare parts and equipment
Endless® Spas grants no refunds of goods purchased on this site except where applicable under the Australian Consumer Laws. Goods however may be exchanged within 7 days of the date of purchase and must be accompanied by original Endless® Spas Sales Receipt. Please note there is no exchange on sale items and no refund of freight charges.

Endless® Spas has a strict No Refund Policy in place, in accordance with Australian Consumer Laws. In the event of a Customer wanting a refund for whatever reason, a full loss of all monies paid will be applicable. Endless® Spas is unable to provide a refund under any circumstances.

Usage Instructions:
- Turn Off Power: Ensure all power to your spa is turned off before attempting to replace or clean the filter.
- Remove Filter Lid: Lift out the filter lid towards you for accessibility.
- Replace Filter: Turn the filter counter clockwise to remove it. Place the new filter into position and secure by turning it clockwise. Avoid over-tightening.
- Cleaning: For longevity and optimal performance, clean the filter weekly using a quality filter soak product like Renew.
Important Safety Instructions:
- Power Off for Safety: Always power off your spa before removing the filters to prevent injury from the strong suction at the filter.
- Proper Installation: Never run your spa without the filters properly installed to avoid damage to the equipment and potential injury.
Important Note:
Please choose carefully as returns cannot be accepted if filters have been placed in water.
